Terms of Service
1. Provider Responsibilities: As a provider, you agree to maintain your GPU resources in working condition and available for rental by qualified users.
2. Uptime Requirements: Providers commit to maintaining at least 95% uptime per billing month. Downtime exceeding this may result in reputation penalties.
3. Hardware Standards: All GPUs must meet minimum specifications and pass automated health checks before being listed for rental.
4. Fair Pricing: Pricing must be competitive and transparent. Misleading specifications will result in account suspension.
5. Payment Terms: Earnings are paid out weekly via your selected payout method (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or Crypto).
6. Dispute Resolution: We use arbitration for disputes between providers and users.
7. Data Privacy: User data is encrypted and protected. Unauthorized access will result in immediate account termination.
8. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
